The MOST Program provides Outpatient services and treatment for individuals who need continuous alcohol monitoring (SCRAM) and continuous psychoactive drug monitoring. As an official SCRAM provider in both Orange County & Los Angeles County.
The MOST Program works hand in hand with the County Judicial System specializing in DUI’s.
Continuous Alcohol monitoring is done through SCRAM (alcohol ankle bracelet or handheld breathalyzer).
The Monitored Outpatient Sobriety Treatment (MOST) Program distinguishes itself by working with clients around the clock to ensure drug and alcohol abstinence.
The MOST Program was carefully designed by Mr. Dean Stepper, who has over 30 years of experience working in the chemical dependency treatment and electronic monitoring industries.
