Claire is a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist who has been seeing clients since 2001. She specializes in anxiety, PTSD, codependency, substance abuse and grief therapy. Over the last five years, she has been working with clients in a virtual teletherapy setting; her confidential session formats include telephone, Skype, and video conferencing. Teletherapy allows her to work with clients statewide, and to reach those who might not otherwise be able to receive the help they need.
Through her passion for helping families heal, she has worked extensively with families of alcoholics and addicts. Claire is also the mother of an Army veteran, and enjoys helping active-duty members, veterans, and their families who have served our country so bravely.
Claire uses Cognitive-Behavioral techniques while providing insight through a Humanistic & Psycho-dynamic perspective. She is known for her welcoming and comforting style that helps her clients create the changes they desire in their lives.
